Devon Holiday

Today I'm going to show you a photos of the Holiday we went on in Devon.

Day 1: Westward Ho!

It was quite a chilly and windy day, so a great day for kites :)

Day 2: Dartington glass factory.

Very interesting to watch and some pretty glass made.

Day 3: A very long, beautiful, windy walk...

...To find a beautiful waterfall.

Day 4: The big sheep. This and the last day were my favourite days.

Not the greatest photos because they were taken on my phone.

I wanted to take these puppies home with me!

And last, but not least Day 5: We went to westward Ho again and went to see the sunset at Croyde beach.

 They are not pebbles they are jellyfish (Top)

A little catch up

Hello there!
  Now it has been a while since I wrote, it's because it was the holidays, so we went on holiday for a week, had cousins over and I helped out with a kids holiday club, I wasn't that busy but I kinda forgot about my blog:\ Instead of writing about everything that I did in the holidays I am just going to write about a few interesting things that I've done recently:)

1. I have been writing a story for school and it has been going pretty well so far.
2. I'm not much of a reading person, but I have read two books this summer - Paper Towns by John Green & Girl Online by Zoe Sugg aka Zoella.
3. I'm now in year 9 which is kind of scary and I really don't want to be because it means more school work:(
4. Our school routine has changed a bit. We now choose when we do something and for how long we do it for, then we have to write it down for our mum to see at the end of the week. We have to of done at least three hours of maths, english, science, etc.
5. Most of our computers are broken.
6. I think I officially like reading:)
7. We also get to decide what we are doing in school and what we want to learn, I am learning: How to sketch, I am starting to go on runs, Zoology because I want to go to Reasheath for college and work with animals and stuff. I am also learning other stuff like maths, english, etc
8. I love animals(except I always have, that isn't something that has happened over the summer) 
9. Don't really know what else has happened.
10. We went on holiday to Devon and it was so much fun:)

Sorry about some of them that where a bit random and weren't really things that happened over the summer, but it hopefully gives you some idea of what I got up to this summer.

I would love to know what you guys got up to this summer so I would love it is you would please leave a comment on what you did:) Also I never know what to write about any more so It would also be lovely if you could tell me what you would like to here about:)

DD's Birthday

Last Thursday was DD's birthday. 

We got up in the morning and did his presents and cards, then did school because that is obviously what we do on a Thursday ;) We had a sports day on Thursday because it was really good weather and it was just for a bit of fun. We also had a bit of a Lego day because DD got a big police Lego set.

Friday is when we did most things. We had a barbecue on Friday, we had his cake on Friday

and we gave him some juggling balls on Friday. He has been really into juggling recently and wanted to learn how to juggle, so mum bought him some death star juggling balls.

This is just him blowing out his candles. They were re-light-able candles which is why they are still alight when the video finishes.  

We just did some juggling and catching practice after that, but I think DD enjoyed his birthday and he was really happy with his presents.

I'ts Finally Here

Summer,

It's finally here, summer is finally here. It's warm and we can do school outside!!

WHAT TIME IS IT?

SUMMER TIME, IT'S OUR VACATION.........ERM no we not singing high school musical, but I am happy it's warm and the sun is out. We are now doing school outside and making the most of the weather. 

We leave for our holiday in Bideford on the 4th of July. We are finally not camping, we are staying in a little cottage with a farm that we can do stuff on as well. I am SO exited for this holiday:)!!

Don't have much to write about all I have left to say is it's DD's birthday on Thursday and it was my dads birthday last Saturday:)

Energi!

So as I wrote last I was excited for Energi and Huddersfield. Well today I am not going to write about Huddersfield, but summarize what we did at Energi.

Monday:
We got there quite early, so we had to wait for at least an hour for most of our friends to get there, but in the mean time we found our rooms, got settled in and then just waited.

When our friends got there we were so happy because we were super bored!  We kinda just said hi to people, caught up and did stuff, until tea time - we had pizza and chips . After tea it was phone time, which is were we ring our mum and dad and let them know what we have been up to.

Free time was after that and then the evening meeting. In the evening meeting we normally do worship, but because this was the first day the evening meeting was about watching the theme film ( LEGO Movie )and finding out the rules. After the evening meeting it was hot chocolate and bed.

Tuesday:
In the morning it's breakfast and room inspections. After breakfast is when the juniors and seniors split up and go into their separate morning meetings ( called devotions I think ) After devotions it's activities ( dance and craft ), free time, lunch, tuck shop and then more free time. It's free time until tea time and of course after tea time its evening meeting, but this time it's worship and you get to see God work in so many people :)

Wednesday:
Pretty much the same routine, but so many people were ill this year including the leader who teaches dance. Instead of dance today we went down to the field, played some sports and ran a round. Apart from that it was the same routine.

Thursday:
Now today is when everything happens. Same routine for the morning with all the free time and everything, but this time instead of  dance was playing games in the sports hall until lunch. Lunch is when we had a barbecue. Obviously after lunch was tuck shop and then after tuck shop was bouncy castles, SO MUCH FUN! It was a little bit of free time after that, just for people to have enough time to practice for the talent show. Their was quite a lot of talent this year, but also a little bit humiliation and cuteness ;) Talent show was over, it was tea time, free time then meeting time. So many people were healed!

Friday:
Home time and a very sad time for all of us because it felt like it when too fast, like it always does.We get up in the morning and pack our bags, put our bags in the sports hall ready to get into cars and coaches when they arrive and then go to breakfast. We went for a walk and because we aren't aloud in our rooms once we have our bags out of them, we have to hang around in the sports hall. It's lunch pretty quick and after lunch it's tuck shop as normal, we get to spend the rest of our money so that we have enough sweets and chocolate for the journey. After tuck we get our phones back and its selfies/exchange numbers with everyone time.

Some Nantwich people leave first, then Rugby people, then our family, and the last people are Driffield. It is so very sad to say goodbye to all our lovely friends that we rarely get to see and the lovely, very funny leaders that plan the whole thing. I love them all and pray that God blesses them always.

It was all so much fun, thank you for reading and please comment!!

Excitement!!

Well today I don't have much exciting news apart from... ITS NEARLY ENERGIIII!!!! I'm excited, except its hard to show it, like i know I'm excited but it feels like I'm not :\ It's a weird feeling. 

On Friday we are going to a home-ed-camp, in Huddersfield. It is in the same place that I went to a few weeks back ( I wrote a blog about it - http://beefieloo.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/im-back-week-2-days-in-huddersfield.html ) It is held by the same people two. They have a big field so all the home-ed peeps and friends bring their tents and camp in their big field. I love it there <3 I might be more exited for this then I am Energi. I think it might be because one of my friends isn't coming Energi this year and I will really miss her being there, haven't seen her in a year.

We get back from Huddersfield on Sunday and then the Monday after we leave for Energi, Its going to make me tired, But the excitement will keep me awake and lively :)

May bank holiday

Hello! Last week i didn't write because it was May bank holiday, so that is what I'll talk about today.

Well first few hours I was just in bed and doing nothing. After lunch it got a bit warmer outside and my dad decided to come up with a new game. We got our two climbing frames, our crash mats, a plank of wood and some cushions. Put the plank of wood between the climbing frames, the crash mats under the plank of wood and then we get on the plank of wood and fight with the cushions. The first person to knock the other person off the piece of wood wins (there would be a video, but I can't find it) :( We played this for ages.

 After a while we changed the idea, instead we had people on the plank and people off the plank would throw cushions at the people on the plank and try & get them off. ( there would be a picture of this, but it wouldn't work ) :(
                        
                        

This is what we did for most of the day. When we put it all away we finished our chores and then watched Paddington.
